Grace Hill provides community support and grandparenting education for our older neighbors so that they and their families can enjoy healthy, financially stable lives.
Our comprehensive Older Adult services, run from the Water Tower Hub and Patch Neighborhood Center, include food insecurity initiatives such as daily congregate meals and monthly commodity food boxes, health screenings, social events, and a benefits assistance program. For more information about older adult services, please contact our Director of Community Development, Claire Wolff, at 314-584-6903 or email@example.com.
We are also developing support programs to grandparents who find themselves in primary caregiver roles, set to launch later this spring. For more information about Grandparents as Parents, please contact our Director of School Partnerships, Chris Crenshaw, at 314-584-6891 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
