The 2020 Whitaker Concert Series is Canceled due to COVID-19!

The Whitaker Urban Evening Concert Series continues to be an exciting and landmark summer tradition for the St. Louis community. The concert series was conceived in collaboration with the Whitaker Foundation back in 2007, and since that time over 33,000 people have attended the series in North St. Louis at St. Louis Place Park.

Last year, more than 9,000 people gathered at the Thursday evening events leading to an ongoing positive impact on the community. The series provides opportunities for north St. Louis neighborhoods to be involved in the planning and implementation of the program. Through a broad range of arts, it has increased the cultural vitality of St. Louis by attracting people from across the region, thereby aiding the entire city’s revitalization movement. Check out the 2019 schedule below.
